Responsible Play
BumpZero is a game of chance. For most people it's fun and low-stakes. But we take our responsibility seriously, and we want every player to stay in control.
What BumpZero Is and Isn't
BumpZero is a game of chance. When you spend a bump on a product, you do not know how far the count is from zero. You might win on your first bump. You might spend 50 bumps on a product and never win it. The outcome is uncertain, and that uncertainty is the game.
BumpZero is not an investment. Spending bumps is not a financial strategy. The expected monetary return of a bump spend is less than the cost of the bump in most cases — that's how games work. You should think of bump purchases the same way you think about buying a movie ticket or playing an arcade game: you're paying for the experience, not for a financial return.
BumpZero is not a guaranteed way to win products cheaply. Yes, some players win products having spent far less than retail value. Others spend more than retail value and never win. Both outcomes are real and both will happen to real players. Do not play expecting to come out ahead financially.

Tips for Playing Responsibly
Set a budget before you play
Decide how much you're comfortable spending before you buy your first bumps — not after. Write it down. Once you've spent that amount, stop for the day regardless of the outcome.
Each bump costs $0.10
It's easy for small amounts to add up quickly. 100 bumps costs $10. 500 bumps costs $50. Track your total spend in your account dashboard and check it regularly.
Don't chase losses
If you've spent bumps on a product and haven't won, spending more bumps doesn't increase your guaranteed probability of winning. The count could be 1 away from zero — or 500. Chasing a win with money you can't afford to lose is a warning sign.
Bumps are non-refundable
Once purchased, bumps cannot be returned or refunded. Once spent on a product, that action is irreversible. Only spend money you're prepared to not get back.
Take breaks
If you find yourself spending more time or money than intended, take a break. Set a timer if it helps. The products will still be there tomorrow.
Keep it fun
BumpZero is entertainment. If it stops feeling fun — if you feel anxious, frustrated, or compelled to keep going — that's the time to stop.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling affects a small percentage of players but can have serious consequences. Here are signs to watch for in yourself or someone you know:
- –Spending more than you can afford to lose
- –Feeling the need to win back money you've already spent
- –Hiding your spending from family or friends
- –Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when not playing
- –Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gameplay
- –Continuing to play after deciding to stop
- –Thinking about BumpZero obsessively throughout the day
If any of these resonate, please reach out for help. Recognizing the problem is the most important step.
