1. Service
BumpZero (“we”, “our”) provides a platform where users can purchase bumps (credits) and use them to participate in product drops. The user who spends the bump that reduces a product's count from 1 to 0 wins that product (subject to shipping and eligibility).
2. Payments
Bumps are purchased using Solana cryptocurrency (USDC) only. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or other fiat payment methods. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and for ensuring you send the correct amount to our designated address.
3. No Refunds
All sales of bumps are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason. Once you have purchased bumps via Solana/USDC, that payment is final and non-refundable.
4. Eligibility and Conduct
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the service. You may not use the service for any illegal purpose or to circumvent our rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any loss of bumps, funds, or data, or for any failure of third-party services (including the Solana network or your wallet). Your use of the service is at your own risk.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
